Device Permissions and Data Usage
Location Information:
• We collect and process your device’s location data. For getting the gateway information.
• Location data is stored and is used only for Gateway information
• This information is will not be shared with third parties
Storage Access:
• Our app requires access to device storage to save data.
• We store user biometrics on your device for authentication purpose
• Stored data is retained as long as the user is active on the app. and is deleted upon request.
Biometric Data:
• We use fingerprint authentication for accessing the security feature in the app.
• We store user biometrics on your device for authentication purpose
• Fingerprint and facial recognition verification is processed solely on your device using Android’s secure systems
Network Information:
• We collect network state information to ensure optimal app performance.
• WiFi multicast state access is used for Gateway communication.
• This information is used solely for technical purposes and is not shared with third parties
Camera Usage:
• Our app requires camera access for the following purposes:
• Capturing and uploading images for Room creation and for door bell.
• Photos and images captured through our app are:
• Only accessed with your explicit permission
• Stored locally and in cloud.
• Used solely for the intended functionality within the app.
• Deleted from our servers after the user delete the account.
We do not:
• Access your camera and Microphone without your knowledge
• Share camera data with third parties
• Use captured images for any purpose other than the features described above
